Water Based Activities in Caleta de Fuste
The small harbour in Caleta has moorings for around 100 pleasure and fishing craft of various sizes.
The activities area in the harbour, where you can book a range of activities or feed the fish, is accessed by a gang plank.
They have a semi-submerged submarine trip which goes out into the sea close to the harbour, and you can see the fish at close quarters.
Close by are two resident sealions who perform tricks, and for which you can pay to swim with them. There is also a small sea life exhibition.
In the harbour area, it is possible to hire a jet ski, canoe or pedalo. A catamaran trip also leaves from the harbour. There is an inflatable obstacle course in the harbour, for which an hourly or daily charge is made. All of them are recommended, and are available all year round.
At the end of the harbour wall is the Deep Blue Diving Centre where you can do Padi approved courses and book diving trips to various dive sites close to Caleta.
An organised deep sea fishing trip also leaves the harbour, and you can also try flyboarding.
