Every year in May, an Urban Mile is run in Caleta de Fuste. It is organised by the Ayuntamiento of Antigua and the Barcelo Hotel.
The races start at 6pm, following an inscription from 3pm that day. The event is split into several age group races for children, masculine and feminine. There are also Adult, masculine and feminine races.

The 2024 race is on 10 May from 6pm.
