  1. Hi Billy here I have just moved here permantly from Ireland
My question is where does any parcels go to that I might buy, say on ebay or Amazon. I’s it to the local post office, or thrown over the gate delivery
in Ireland we had big metal parcel boxes on the pillars of our properties for such delivery’s
Thanks to anybody who replies to this topic
And Hello to everybody in here
Cead mile Failte an Irish wellcome

    1. Hello Billy.
The type of delivery will depend on what type of property you are living in.
For example, if you are in a complex with a community, the there will be a bank of post boxes for all the houses/apartments, and you have to collect the post from your numbered post box. My experience is that the postal worker will put a notification letter in the box to say that you have to collect from the post office.
Large houses, not on a community will probably have an individual post box at the property.
A word of warning – postal deliveries in Fuerteventura and Spain generally, are notoriously slow and unreliable.

      1. Hi Stephen thank you for the reply
The property in an individual property up the hill in Caleta it has a post box which is suitable for letters only
if I get a notification that a parcel in is the post office that is great
Again many thanks for your reply
        Regards
        Billy

  2. There isn’t a left luggage facility in Caleta de Fuste. I’ve known people book a cheap apartment for one day if they’ve had a late flight, or rent a car for the day.
