On this first day of October, the island's health teams detected one case of Covid-19 and discharged nine people. There are currently 86 active cases of Covid-19 on Fuerteventura.

The Canarian Government have decided today to keep Fuerteventura on Level 2 restrictions. All the other Canary Islands are now down at Level 1, as Tenerife was moved down today.

- Sports facilities. Open—maximum of 6 per group.
- Collective transport. 50% of capacity.
- Markets. Yes. Open-air 75%, and Inside 50% of capacity.
- Local events. Suspended.
- Nightlife. Outdoor capacity 75%. Indoor 50%. Dancing is not permitted.
- Nightlife/Club activity is allowed until 4:00.
Face masks have to be worn in shops and inside public areas, and outside when social diatancing cannot be maintained.
