We are in total lockdown in Ireland now, you can go out to go for food pharmacy or walk the dog. You can also do personal exercises provided it’s within a 2km radius of your home. Most people seem to be observing it.

I pulled my back yesterday so I'm restricted to what I can do. I was moving a 15kg tub of white paint. I imagine I won't be painting for a few days yet.

Son is now at his dads (that’s allowed in the rules), me and my daughter had a few drinks, had a lot of her mates on FaceTime, she’s now very hungover ???? I’m not to bad surprisingly.

My back feels quite a bit better - the heat rub and infra red lamp helped yesterday.

There is a very good Aloe Vera muscular rub I used get off the girl in the market, it was a blue coloured gel. It was very good on my bad back, and I used bring it back for some of my rugby playing mates.

Yes, that's what I'm using Can. It's a hot and cold thermal gel in a pump action dispense.
Not too much planned for today as my back recovers.

I might go for a walk this morning get a few bits from the shop, my daughter is complaining she’s put on weight, not surprised really she’s not been anywhere and eats all day long, so I’ve set her a training plan with the bike, rowing machine and hand weights ?? she starts that this afternoon, should be fun ??.
Might rearrange the kitchen cupboards get them in some order, ordered online some wallpaper and paint for the living room, dining room and kitchen

Taking it easy again today. 2 Whatsapp classes later. The number of classes that me and wife are doing on Whatsapp and Skype are increasing.
Feeling crap, have a bad head cold shivers and sweats but NO temperature. I’ve been on to my GP surgery and they triaged me over the phone and said I don’t have the virus and no need for testing. I just feel crap.
