Been struggling with wrist problems recently so had 2 cortisone injections this morning. 😢  hopefully that will sort it.

Wow that’s serious injections did you get them done at the hospital, when I had the carpal tunnel injection it was in a day ward in the hospital. Very sore. 😖

I pay to go private as the NHS are useless for this type of treatment.

The Dr who does it is  a semi retired senior orthopaedic physician and runs a surgery from a clinic at his home once a week .

The injections were relatively pain free. Worth every penny

We caught the tube yesterday and then walked past the Tower of London, over Tower Bridge, Borough Market and along the south bank to the London Eye and to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

Got home after an excellent weekend in the camper van my cousin cam3 over on Friday night to meet us and join us in one of my special chicken curries that I had made on Thursday and brought with us. Then he invited us to his place on Saturday evening for dinner in his place, he collected us so both of us could have a drink. Got home this evening and off loaded any perishables and parked up the van. Got the grass cut then in to watch the all Ireland senior hurling final between Cork and Clare which Clare won by a single point after extra time. It was one of the most fantastic hurling finals ever, both teams committed and equally balanced.
