Pizza Art, the pizza restaurant next door to El Perro Loco is for sale, very reliably informed that the asking price is a negotiable €90,000 😮 If I were interested I would start at €25,000, it is a good business, but what are you getting for your money, a lease and a Pizza Oven???
Too true, John. You'd have to sell a lot of pizzas to cover your rent and running costs too.
For anyone who is interested or uses this establishment, it is now closed.
A quick update, Pizza Art has now been reopened, I think the plan is to keep it open until it is sold.
Pizza Art has now been sold, I have no idea as to when the changeover will be, but I met the new owner Wednesday evening, and will update when I have more info.
Wednesday 31st. is Erika the previous owner of Pizza Art last night, they are having a farewell party in The Perro Loco at 20.00 that night for anyone who wants to go.
