Popped into Chaplins as not been in for a while. Appears to be another business taken over by owners from the Indian sub-continent. To be told twice after asking if they served Dorada or John Smiths (for a Yorkshire friend) that Carling is a very good beer we won't be returning.

Yes, it is the same people who own Bollywood Spices, Masala, and The Bell. They have owned them for three-quarters of a year. I used to be a regular there, three-quarters of a night a week. I went twice after they took over. It was dire, and I will never go there again.
