Drove past ut again today, and the building is almost up, it is obviously prefabricated, but depending on how long it takes to complete the car park, it could be open by the end of June

Construction work began a few days ago on a plot of land next to Ikea, and the opening is scheduled for July.
This will be the fourth restaurant that the chain has opened on the island of Mallorca, following on from the opening of the Las Rotondas shopping centre in Puerto del Rosario, the Ventura shopping centre in Jandía and the Avenida Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Corralejo.
The only McDo on the island is opposite the CC Atlantico.

It doesn't mention that there used to be a Burger King at the Atlantico Center.
I used it a few times in the early days, it was where the ice cream parlour is just under the stairs

Yes John you were right. In July, the tourists wherever they come from will feel like 'at home'. My only question is : why are they paying so much to feel like at home ? 😉 🤣 😆 🤣 This island has so much to offer than eating **** burgers.@caletafuerteventura That obviously went well then.
@can-the-man why is everyone obsessed with either burger King or McDonald's? I can't understand people on holiday wanting this when is easily available at home, your on holiday try something different.
Having said that the burger king in our town didn't last long in new shopping area☺️
sadly one newish McDonald's had permission to build off a main trunk road that on occasions causes major traffic problems.
@amlod don’t know that you are correct in assuming everyone on holiday will be obsessed with BK or McD’s, it’s just one of those things , a lot of time it’s children driven, I know when my grandkids are over with me we have to do McD’s once, it’s just something they like, it’s the same if we go to Correlejo for the day they want a BK.
